    Hip nagging but happy little adventure at the Rosehill Reservoir / "Dog Central". Sometimes when I run, I imagine I'm Cesar Milan. Calm and assertive. No touch, no talk, no eye contact.

    w/u from home to Casa Loma. Did the loop 6 times continuously. c/d home. Kinda wish I hadn't done hills two days in a row. Definitely not at 100% effort still.

    Hot as hell and felt out of shape. 2 miles, 60 second rest, 1 mile. Sweat a lot. Biked to and from the track and did an easy yoga class this morning. Drank about 5 gallons of water.
