Chased to the gym by my fear of the dark and strange men attacking women. Speedwork always goes better on the treadmill. 1 mi warm up, 3 x 1 mile at 8:19 with 2 x 0.5 mi jogs in between each mile, then 1 mi cool down.


I'm the same way. Morning darkness scares me more than night darkness.
