    Cheeky cardio sesh in the gym this morning followed by 45 mins Zumba. Good fun as always although my ankles are so bad today that I feel sick with pain :/

    Tried Laura's Zumba class for the first time and LOVED it!!! It was just like being in a nightclub with the TUNEAGE she was using to Zumba to. Happy Days :)
