Not good. I don't know if I've been favoring my left leg because of my self-diagnosed wonky knees or what, but it hurt like hell to run. Most of it came from my left shin/top of my foot, but I gave up after my second interval of running 5 min/walking 2 min. and switched to the bike for a while.

Might have to hold of on running for a bit.
