    Super easy run around the lake. Checking in with my chi running body focuses.

    Pacing was off - so hard to slow down but I take it as a good sign of things to happen on Sunday.

    Cooler and sunny outside but very windy. I didn't want to deal with the wind after the humidity kicked my rear on Friday so I just ran inside. I'll be basking in 13.1 glory in just a week...

    Learned my lesson with yesterday's run and stayed indoors since the weather is being all crazy. Easy but not too easy. Foam rolled beforehand, stretched afterward.

      Haha- yeah it's pretty awful. I was actually thankful when the downpour started on me. Somehow I think I was less wet from pouring rain than from my sweating.

      Yeah, last Sunday's amazing long run was but a distant memory...that I desperately tried to keep in mind as I ran yesterday ;)
