  1. BTW, does anyone know how to control privacy settings on daily mile? I don't necessarily want all my workouts and posts showing up on google search results, which they are, currently.

      Yep, same deal. I'm not actually that worried about it, but I think most folks here don't realize how publicly available it is, and they should definitely offer clearer options for what goes public.

      Thought-provoking stuff. I try to be careful about verbalizing specific locations for things, but if the Garmin maps are posted...hmmmm.....something to think about!

    great- the training was supervised by Coach Howard, and I have noticed an improvement in my pace by integrating a few simple principles he has suggested.

      hey! I wish you could come too, but I know most of you live far and yonder. I just thought it may come of interest as a resource in the event that any of you know people down here.
