    just some city jogging on my lunch break, 36th and Lex to Brooklyn bridge and back

    I did two loops around the park basically. It was actually a very nice day, 48 degrees and plenty of sunshine

    mile 1 at 6% incline, mile 2 at 5%, etc ... all at approximately constant effort. basically I had to increase by 0.3mph for every 1% decrease in the incline

      I think I would have gone the other way, steadily increasing the incline. Great workout, though!

      Thomas, interesting idea! I wanted to run last two miles relatively fast on tired legs, but I should try the other direction too
