      Got that right about the arms pumping! I'll never forget that day Coach Perkins illustrated that eloquently showing how absurd it is to have the arms moving faster than the legs and then having the legs moving faster than the arms. Nobody runs like that he said, so we got to have that core!

      Phew!! Man Alex, that's a hard workout. The legs has been one thing I haven't worked out all summer either. I keep fooling myself that a running workout will suffice as a leg strength workout. I might be right to a degree.
