    Ankle still a bit tender, and I ran with a hand-held, which I HATE but super happy about finishing 8. Absolutely gorgeous day!!!!

    Ankle still trashed, but getting better. Also, there were some fierce hills through this short route, made for some nice unplanned intervals.... Heart pounding!

    Sprained ankle. Took a step off the edge of the ONE DAMN SECTION of pavement in a six mile stretch... They paved paradise and Alex fell off the curb, haha!!!!!

    Freaks me out at night, so adrenaline fueled me through most of it and a raw left calf... But my pacing was excellent this run, instead of fast slow fast crap.

      Congrats on the distance. See it starts small, then you think, yeah, I can go farther. :) And I don't know.. I think I could survive a run only fueled on Mountain Dew and Eggos.
