    ran wamr up mile then 3 sprints at 8.5 % inlcine for 30, 45, 45sec, 7 mph then recover 1 minute then 10% incline for 30, 30 45, at 6.7mph, then 15% at 6.5 mph for 45, 45, 30 then recover.
