      Great job Alex! Running really does test various aspects of the human anatomy. Funny that the digestive system actually needs to trained as well but to echo Lowell I remember when I first started running and having to be very careful when and what I ate otherwise I'd be in for some very uncomfortable runs. What I eat and when is still a consideration of course but my stomach is much less sensitive these days I'm happy to say.
