    Felt strong out there, powered up those hills, and happy my time shows it. Now vacation time :-)

    Not sure of my exact start time, but that seems about right. Slow in the beginning, but got in a good push at the end.

    Warm up was rough, but felt stronger on the hills than I have been in a while. Felt good to put in a longer run.

    Time to step it up! Had to take a break midway, but then felt great and pushed myself to go much further than originally planned.
