  1. On Thursday unrelated to running I broke my heel. I'm going crazy, I can't run. Hopefully is a quick recovery

      Oh no!! So sorry to hear that Alex. When I injured my ankle last May (related to clumsiness, not running) I was also going nuts and found it helped to swim. Hope you heal quickly.
