      I think you click the facebook button next to each post, it's not automatic anymore I don't think. Be careful though, some people will not like seeing it and if they hide you from their mini-feed. Better to keep it on here and work with the runners on here, much more supportive, offer better advice, etc. I've been running this whole time but just not on here, but now you're here, so hey, I'll start logging them again.
