It was actually the Precor AMT machine I did intervals of resistance 8 low 17 high with full strides. I really don't care for the AMT anymore it doesn't have enough resistance.

It was suppose to be my first snow shoeing trip however the snow was so frozen no snow shoes were required.

Jappanese Gulch with Clara 6.13 mi 01:53 3.3mph pace
It was good but Clara the Austrilan Terrier slowed me down but she was good and tired at the end thus well behaved.
