      The weather is supposed to get better this weekend, so hang in there. I know that this time of year can be tough, especially when we aren't training for a team. I have been having trouble both this year and last, so know exactly where you are coming from. Just try to hang in there and know that all your DPU tigers are still cheering you on to succeed!!!

    Felt great - a little sore from the hill sprints yesterday, but feeling excited and ready for the race tomorrow. Shooting for a sub-30 minute 5K, which I feel like is a VERY manageable goal.
