Barefoot on the 'mill. 10 minute warmup @ 70% MHR, 7 minutes X 3 @ 85% MHR, w/ 2 minute jog @ <70% in between, 10 minute cooldown at 70% MHR. Average HR 121, 141 MHR. Will wonders never cease - I started the new year by going quickly.
