Barefoot and shirtless (yes!), at aerobic pace, with 8 x 100m intervals. Flat, out and back, sidewalks. Will wonders never cease- I've begun to enjoy running intervals. Also, weighed in at 146 lbs this morning, which is nice. 11C at run start and 14C at finish, sunny, 13 km/h wind, 77% humidity. It's good to be alive.
