great Barefoot, Aerobic 23 km

Barefoot and shirtless, at a brisk aerobic pace. Out and back, flat with four small hills, sidewalks. Engaged core, light, smooth, and strong. I think I'm beginning to get a feel for this running thing! 25C (feels like 31C), sunny, 6 km/h wind, 61% humidity.
