great Barefoot, Aerobic 32 km

Barefoot, shirtless, and Hammered, at my target aerobic pace. Out and back, sidewalks, mostly flat, but with four small hills and four big ones. It was a beautiful day in our neighbourhood, and the one next to it, and the one beside that... 18C at run start and 26C (feels like 29C) at the end, sunny, 10km/h wind, 50% humidity. At waking this morning, resting heart rate was 43 bpm and weight was 146 lbs. Post-run weight was 141 lbs. Time for something to eat, then I'm heading for a well-deserved ice bath.

Sublime, inspirational running, my friend. Enjoy the refuel and the chill-out in the tub :)

Thanks, everyone. Nicole, in the remaining weeks of my training program, I'll do two more 32K runs, plus one 29K, two 27Ks, two 26Ks, one 23K, and a bunch of medium-length runs. Some of those will include tempo and interval segments.
