So yesterday I swam next to the HS students. Today I swam next to a former collegiate swimmer. HA. I suck. Whatevs. I wanted to swim 3 800s but I cut the last one short because my shoulders started feeling really really bad. Still sore, hopefully its nothing. No real side effects from the run this morning. Hopefully that means I'm getting fitter.

Careful... I tore my rotator cuff in January. Now I can't swim. It started as a little sore and the more I swam, the more I shredded it. Have it checked out or at least stop for a while and heal and see if the pain comes back again in a few weeks.
