Got home, noticed I had some time to burn and still had like 30 oz of gatorade still in my camelbak so I went out for a run. Worst side stitch of my life (I always get side stitches but they are all very mild); I never had to stop in the middle of a run because of a side stitch before. After resting for 10 minutes I tried running again, but the side stitch returned somewhat so I just headed home. I was able to keep a solid pace at least, heh.
Annoyed because I don't know why that happened. I had eaten a tiny amount an hour prior (only half of a bagel with cream cheese). May have been the dairy??? No clue. Whatever, hopefully it doesn't happen again.
