I think this was my fastest tempo run to date. I was able to do a full loop of PP (3.5) at my goal half marathon pace (7:12). It was pretty difficult, but I'm glad I was able to do it. May have been because I wasn't running with a water bottle, and it may have been because I had so many days off this week, or it may have been because I've averaged 9 hours of sleep for the past 2 days. Whatever the reason, I'm happy =).
