    1st run in a month Knee felt OK but my stamina was all gone so need to work on that!!! But overall very happy to be running again I was getting a bit worried!!!

      I was going to but I have to work bit gutted about that,then the following week I'm doing Bath!!! I will have to do the summer one instead!!! I think I've seen that there might be a Half at Castle Combe soon?

      Giving myself 5 days just to see how it is!!! But all I want to do is run!!! Decided to go back to my Brooks Glyerin 10 plus paid half the price than I did when I 1st bought them! Just not felt good in the New Nike Pegusus 29 but stuck with them but had enough now!!

      Strange you should say that about Brooks, I am about to go get new shoes (again) and want to go back to Brooks, my feet just don't feel comfortable in Asics.

    Knee felt good a little wary at the beginning but got a lot better by the end!!! Very wet & windy but glad to be running!!

    Was going out to do 10 but knee not feeling right so settled for a slow steady 5 instead just nice to be out running again what a lovely day! It always feels better with a bit of sun!!!
