    was setting up the wii again and gave the wii fit a whirl for 30 minutes. Followed that up with 2 hills while waiting on the kids to get home from school.

    girls had their class at the Y, so that gave me 30 5 minutes on the TM. Still getting back to just moving. So this went well. Although right foot is still achy.

    except for the interruption in the middle it went well. Still sore from getting back into the groove of things. Right calf and right foot are achy for some reason.

      Definitely! The loss in fitness after being gone for a bit can be so disheartening the first few times back. But my experience has been that, once you get over that initial ick, you end up coming back stronger than before. Looking forward to seeing you do that!
