Weekly Long Run
Haven't run at all this week due to the flu. Left home in the dark and cold, wore gloves for the 1st 10k. Started raining about half way through the run. Struggled a few times and walked for a minutes to ease the aches and catch my breathe. Run part of the M7 Marathon course. 6 Weeks to go!!!!!!
