      Good for you! If you can run in those cold disgusting conditions, you can do the final 7 km of the marathon. (first 35 are comparably easier).

      I heard there are 2 races Ina 'thon, 1-35 km, and then 36-42. Yor long, cold, hard run will be great for the second part!

      Melz - I can paint, not saying I'm that good at it. Perhaps if it can wait till after my Marathon when I should be resting anyway imay be able to help. No guarantee on the how good a job though.

      Gina - 12 months ago 5k was a long run for me, now it's nothing. After running 30km a few times running 20km isn't so special, especially for a long run where you are taking it easy.
