      Good for you! If you can run in those cold disgusting conditions, you can do the final 7 km of the marathon. (first 35 are comparably easier).

      I heard there are 2 races Ina 'thon, 1-35 km, and then 36-42. Yor long, cold, hard run will be great for the second part!

      Early cold mornings is essential training for the m7 marathon anyway. Normally the start line is 0-3 degrees C, so you will be conditioned well mate. Good job.
