  1. RUN
    alright R4O Resolution Run 6.22 mi 01:08 10:51 pace

Started off the new year with an impromptu charity run with the Run4Others group

  2. Just FYI my training is going well, but apparently dailymile doesn't sync up with the new GarminConnect so its not syncing. :)

I had the same problem. If you go back to the "classic" view of garmin connect, you can export your runs. It will allow you to save it as a .tcx file that you can import into Daily Mile.

The first 10 miles were on pace and excellent. Humidity got to me at mile 10 and my pace suffered, ultimately leading to a crash at 15, with a walk. I pushed through it and finished with a kick a... read more

  4. RUN
    RR 50min 5 mi 00:51 10:14 pace

So much for recovery run. It was more like a tempo run.

  5. RUN
5m RR in Brentwood, TN 5.1 mi 00:55 10:44 pace

Started off a bit too fast for me, but I got through it. Great Breakfast Club run with Jennifer Chaffin, Jason Chaffin, Shyla Moss, and David CaƱas.

  6. RUN

  7. RUN
    good 10m LSR 10 mi 01:51 11:07 pace

Great weather for LSR. This was Fleet Feet's Chicago Training, week 2. I spent most of the run on my own, but I held pace very well

  8. RUN
    Firecracker 5k Brentwood 2014 3.17 mi 00:34 10:47 pace

What a great day to run. It was a perfect temp for Angela's first 5k. I'm so proud of her. I had to hold pace for her, as she needed to run it about 11:45, but I guess the excitement g... read more

  9. RUN
    good 30min RR 2.25 mi 00:30 13:20 pace

Although the pace was slow, I couldn't beat the company.

  10. RUN
good FF Speed Sessions #3 4.41 mi 00:55 12:29 pace

  12. RUN
great FF Summer Trail Mixer 2.5 mi 00:38 15:02 pace

Abby and I went to the FF Summer Trail Mixer and had a blast - PWP White Trail and Abby killed it! (She's 7.)

  13. RUN
great PWP White Trail 2.5 mi 00:36 14:16 pace

Took an afternoon turn around PWP White Trail with my niece, Morgan. Her first trail run! Chile Burrito for a treat.

  14. RUN
good FF Summer Speed Sessions 3.98 mi 00:47 11:48 pace

Great speed session this morning. 1.5 mile warmup, 8x200 at speed pace, with 1 minute break, .5 mile cooldown

  15. RUN
    great 30min RR 2.86 mi 00:30 10:30 pace

30 minute evening recovery run with @Jadyn Stevens. I forgot how much I enjoyed night running.

  16. RUN
    LSR Brentwood Trails 11m 6 mi 01:12 12:01 pace

Failed LSR. I wasn't mentally ready for the run this morning, I didn't hydrate, and I didn't get enough sleep. I had no gas after 5.5, and you need it in this heat.

  17. RUN
Percy Warner Red Trail 4.64 mi 01:11 15:15 pace

I've always wanted to run with my brother and ultra marathon hero, Jadyn, and now I know why I held off. He's a MONSTER. :o.. might I add that I suck at trail running.

  18. RUN
tired FF Summer Speed Sessions 3.79 mi 00:45 11:54 pace

Lesson learned. Don't kill yourself on the warmup and leave nothing for the speed trial. (shhh... These people are FAST).

  19. RUN
Fleet Feet Summer Speed Sessi... 3.79 mi 00:45 11:54 pace

So, lesson learned. Don't overdo it in the warmup so that you don't have anything left for the actual speed trial (psst. some of these people are fast.)
