The first 10 miles were on pace and excellent. Humidity got to me at mile 10 and my pace suffered, ultimately leading to a crash at 15, with a walk. I pushed through it and finished with a kick a... read more

Great weather for LSR. This was Fleet Feet's Chicago Training, week 2. I spent most of the run on my own, but I held pace very well

RUN
LSR Brentwood Trails 11m 6 mi 01:12 12:01 pace
Failed LSR. I wasn't mentally ready for the run this morning, I didn't hydrate, and I didn't get enough sleep. I had no gas after 5.5, and you need it in this heat.

RUN
Percy Warner Red Trail 4.64 mi 01:11 15:15 pace
I've always wanted to run with my brother and ultra marathon hero, Jadyn, and now I know why I held off. He's a MONSTER. :o.. might I add that I suck at trail running.

RUN
tired FF Summer Speed Sessions 3.79 mi 00:45 11:54 pace
Lesson learned. Don't kill yourself on the warmup and leave nothing for the speed trial. (shhh... These people are FAST).

RUN
Fleet Feet Summer Speed Sessi... 3.79 mi 00:45 11:54 pace
So, lesson learned. Don't overdo it in the warmup so that you don't have anything left for the actual speed trial (psst. some of these people are fast.)
I had the same problem. If you go back to the "classic" view of garmin connect, you can export your runs. It will allow you to save it as a .tcx file that you can import into Daily Mile.
