    First time taking a kick boxing class! It was so much fun!!! Great cardio and definitely strength. My hands are very tired... Can't wait to go again : )

    Heathworks has been super crowded due to the "New Year Resolution People"!! The class was packed... I tried the side crow but I could not lift myself :( Can't wait to get there!!!

    2 mile might be the most I can run on treadmill now... I get so bored! So much better running outside but today was way too cold... I thought I would never say this! Haha
