      congrats redman on getting back to the racing circuit. time to capitalise on it now. did pune last year and loved it. was on this year's to-do, but work got in the way.

      Nice long run, Aishorjyo! I stick to the safe method myself, by sticking to the tried and tested liquids. Can't afford to screw up more than I already have with my irregular running, by drinking stuff I shouldn't ;)

    Easy run today after a bit of a break - had some issues with my hamstring after a gym workout which meant i missed a couple of runs. Well i have the long weekend to make up for it.
