      Yep, we can share notes :) however these days i focus on not overloading a particular part of your body but rather mixing it up through a complete workout. I find the intensity of those focused workouts take a toll on my running

      awwww, we seem to run the same channels, but on each other's offdays. heel issues... avoid/reduce hills, check your shoe structure - is the heel part too rigid? toe/calf stretches help bigtime, but you already know all about that.

      welcome to the world of right heel issues :-( and yeah, that's the way it teases too! carried it all of last season, but it got acute two weeks ago. toe-calf stretches have almost miraculously turned it around. maybe just temporarily.
