    Started out early around 5:40am - 5x1k intervals each with a rest interval of 2-2:30 minutes. The splits are 5:17, 5:10, 5:12, 5:11, 5:16. Quite beat after this.

    Slow plodding run through the trails of Auroville - lack of training, mileage meant i had to really drag this one out. Turned out to be a very hot day as well after 7.30am or so

      Enjoyed it, but think i'd have enjoyed it more if i could run a bit faster. If only to lose some noisy loud bunch of runners who tagged along around my pace :)
