    Finally a run where I met my distance goal! Struggled with cramps, breathing..had to walk long stretches but did my long run :) Dengue does a real number on you

    Easy run started late at 6:17. Faced recurring problems of upset stomach and cramps. 5 min stop at Bandra Fort not included.

    Easy run till Bandra Fort. A small break (not included) and back to Otters through St Pauls Rd..started pouring in the last leg.

    First run after dengue and was tougher than expected.

    10x 400m intervals this morning - goal was to stick to the 1:50 - 2min range. Splits were: 1:54, 1:55, 1:58, 1:53, 1:54, 1:53, 1:59, 1:56, 1:53 and 1:53. RI of 90 secs between each interval.

    Took a tempo back to Mandwa Jetty, and while waiting for the rest of the gang to cycle down i did 2 loops of a roughly 9k loop. Started around 3pm

    Rough Ride to Kashid with 2 stops on Ferry to Mandwa and at Alibaug. Walked some uphills to Kashid. First long ride above 40k :)
