    Easy running this morning, took a 10 minute break at Bandra Fort to enjoy the rains and to settle this catch in my back. Loop back was much smoother.

      good running redman! and i agree... don't make every run a hill workout. keep the hills down to 10 days or every week at best. they're great training, but overkill can be detrimental.
