Love me some leg day . . Good stuff.
leg presses sets of 20, 19.18.17, 16, 15
Max Rack squats of 20, 19, 18.17, 16,15
good mornings 20, 19,18,17,16,15 and done . . .

Must get consistent with my diet already. It is what I am lacking right now. (and the dreaded water drinking!) . . At 42 and being someone who helps people to eat better for a living. . . guess I really need to practice what i preach. ..namely I can't eat great Sunday-Thursday and then be careless on Fri and Sat. Not if I'm trying to get to my fighting weight. Rumor has it- I'm NOT in college anymore. Who knew?

And I know its NOT about the number AT ALL. I have the InBody machine at work that tests body fat, basal metabolic rate, etc. .. ie: it's a fancy schmancy scale-(which if anyone ever wanted to come in to be tested- let me know!). . . I have made considerable gains in lean muscle over the past 2 years. yeah! But now it's time to work on getting 10 # of body fat OFF!
