well, wanted to run today but Big D came down with the pukes and that sent me on a rampage of purging and organizing b/c i'm trapped in the house (yes, i have a treadmill AND an elliptical. .. ) Must get back on track. My diet rocks until Friday-Sunday- then it's a mess. I may start posting what i eat, just to keep myself on track. this IS what i do for a living. .. so i need to get my crap together. Hope everyone had a great weekend. ... I'm organizing files and ya'll are running Ironman, naked runs, 90 degree weather trips through the 'hood. ... ya'll inspire me! : )

    you are too kind Kate. . . i put running first every oct-march. .. then i'm lost after the shamrock. i just printed out a training schedule for obx half. i'm busy, yes. . .but someone busier than me is out there getting it done. I'm golden every week. .. cross training and eating like a champ. ..then the weekend comes and i lose it. not eating a ton, just not eating what i should be. not being a total slacker. ..but a little slacker. needed to tighten the schedule up a bit and not get too lax.
