New to 'real' swimming (sans some serious Marco Polo games). .. so met with Heather M. and Amy J. and Steph and Amy had a workout already written up for the newbie (me). I really liked it. Frustrated with the breathing. ...in that, I can't figure it out. . . but I will march onward. I won't suck at swimming by the end of the summer- this is my new goal. I desperately need a cardio/endurance alternative for when my old knees are aching. Very fun. Great workout. Great gals. Chesapeake Jr. Bandits 2nd meeting this afternoon. . my boys are stoked! yeah for the "Summer of Health!"


YOu did great, and you are gonna be awesome at the end of the summer....the OAA club has its benefits!
