      I loved that race last year but we did the Jingle Bell in Norfolk. Fun race and nice pace! I think you're being hard on yourself, but I know how you feel.

      Yup- we're all so different- then when you finally figure out a balance and what works for you..... You kick your workouts up or age ....or both!! Gasp!

      I used to always do a week or two of South Beach Phase I when I found the pounds creeping on - until I became a runner and found I couldn't go carb-less, I had zero energy. My Paleo friends swear by sweet potatoes. Anyway, you got it in!
