    Did a short speed work-out this morning 45sec/1min intervals. First one in a LONG time.
    5 min warm-up and +/-2 min cool down walk. Total speed work time was about 10min

    Paced hubby to his longest run of 2.72 miles via 3/1 intervals. I was determined to get 3 miles so I kept running back & forth near the house, LOL!
