    Did a short speed work-out this morning 45sec/1min intervals. First one in a LONG time.
    5 min warm-up and +/-2 min cool down walk. Total speed work time was about 10min

      WOOHOO!! U DID IT!!!!!! I think we did great! Especially you because your bike is heavier. So glad u adjusted your seat or then ur legs/knees AND butt would be hurting!
