      Lol!! I have to beat that course one of these days! Signing up for a marathon was the only way that would cheer me up after the debaucle at CIM. Napa was the only one coming up close by.

    Great run with friends! Took nice and easy. What a beautiful day on the trail, no fog and was a clear. The pacific ocean was magnificent. Forgot my sunscreen!

    7:35/8:06/7:49/7:35/7:59 paces. Experimented with jogging down instead of walking for the recovery. As you can tell from the result, I was not fully recovered.
