    A lotta lunges and kettle bells this morning! Trying to get back into the habit of logging back in to the dailymile.

    Went heavier today, lots of lunges and chest work. had a bad day yesterday this was a good way to get it all out.

    Nice jog kinda in a funk this week even slacking logging into dailymile. Just glad I got back out there. This definitely was. It a run for time at all.

    lunch time run, relaxing and girl talk even up the hill. But by god it was cold for a noon time run. I love this weather!

      no it's stupid trainer! too my squats and dead lifts. i'm pretty dead. no yoga tonight.

    great heavy weights

    went a little heavier on the weights....did a lot of dead lifts, bicep curls and cardio in between sets.

    Was taking an easy pushing to do 15 but couldn't focus, all I can think about is all the things I needed to get done today. Oh well some miles are better than no miles

    this class kicked my ass! great way to start a saturday especially when you have to head off to work afterwards.

    Heated 1.5 class, easier than Wednesday's class different instructor. I really love ending my day with yoga
