Morning! Did some good leg and core work this morning:
KB Swings - 2 sets of 48 reps - 15 pound weights
Walking Lunges - 2 sets of 28 lunges
Lateral Walking Lunges - 2 sets of 48 lunges
KB Swings - 2 sets of 48 reps - 15 pound weights
CableTwist - 2 Sets of 20 reps - 15 pounds
Pilates Ring - 2 sets of 25 reps
Again KB Swings - 2 sets of 48 reps - 15 pound weights
Band Ball Crunches - 1 set @ 50 with band
1 set @ 100 with band

200 Single Leg Skater Squats (each leg of course, can't be lopsided :)
