Started at a speed of 5.5 for 4 tenths of a mile then I ramped it up to 6 for a mile. After that I kept the speed between 5 & 5.5. The last tenth of a mile was back at 6.

Started at a speed of 5.5 for about 1.1 miles. Kept the speed at 5.5 but changed the incline up to 3 for about a 1/2 mile. From there the incline set back to 0 but speed up to 6 for the last 1/4 mile.

Right now. Treadmill in my basement. Will be switching to BVF in the early mornings at some point. Tough to run at night after a full day of work and chasing the kids.
