      yeah i think I am giving myself Friday off. We're hitting the mountain on Saturday if you are up for it. Not sure what time i gotta find out.

    Ran at least 2/3rds of it. Got my new nike+ shoes. Thinking of investing in some nike tech.

    Felt great. i Jogged!! i guess i thought it would hurt and haven't tried in forever. It was great!

    better than before. almost felt like running. definetly felt stronger. breathing much better. felt great at the end too.
