    Not terrible after taking an unintentional 3 week hiatus, but added in hills and intervals to get ready for a hilly 5k next month. Back on the saddle :)

    Rough run today...both knees and shins were hurting bad enough to walk the last portion. Wondering if it was the change to running on a treadmill as opposed to the park like I am used to....???

    I had to push through this one...hardest run yet. Right knee and shin really bothered me and half way through I almost quit. BUT I didn't. Yay me :)

    Felt okay was colder than usual so I felt a little out of sorts. Right knee and shin felt a little weak but with a couple of walk breaks in the last mile, I got it done :)
