      I'm thinking of trying the P90x. Right now I've been satisfied doing the Jillian Michaels ab workout with my wife on occasion.....but I'm think of committing to a program. Keep us updated on what you think of it.

      I did P90X, Insanity, and now doing Insanity Asylum....I do 2 a day workouts to get in my "regular" training as well but did cut back on running and cycling.....If you stretch well, you could skip Yoga and Kenpo

      After P90X, i thought Insanity was insane...now that Im doing Asylum, wish I was back to Insanity...lol....but seriously, I do like the change and constant challenge as I am internally competitive and like to push myself
