Work and back only due to lack of time. Managed to take a few seconds on my local Strava segment, thought my lungs were going to burst.

    Clash the app on your phone or upload the gpx file from your 'working' Garmin. Then it does the rest, you can compare your times against other lesser mortals. I was sceptical at first but it's interesting. Now I know where some of the segments are then I can improve, (hopefully).

    Strava looks a treat fellas, been messing about with it for the last three days. Like you say Adrian gonna be a few extra Watts getting fired out on the Segments. Healthy competition.
