    Tried doing intervals today. Target was to complete ~5 Km. Doing intervals gave me the impression that I had run faster. But it was not to be. :P

      Run fast for 2 mins, then jog for 4 mins, keep repeating this alternating pattern till you can keep going. After a while you find that you can do more such cycles than now.

    Got back to my ~5 Km run today. Felt good about completing it quite comfortably.

    Steady run. Didn't up the pace. Tired legs. Had gone for a 3-4 km walk in the evening.

      Should I suggest you "interval training" which means running faster for short intervals. You can try "interval training" once or twice a week. Hopefully, it will help you.

      Hmmm. Right now i try to do it in the best possible time, by timing my pace. I up the pace in the last 500m and sprint the last 100m.

      I see. Here, Satej ran (after a gap of many months) on Friday and felt very tired. Hopefully, he will run again. :)

    Felt tired today. had to take breaks while running. Havent been eating well today. Need to replenish my reserves before running next time.
