I really, really didn't want to run today. It's so dreary outside and I was super tired. My students are really feeling day 7 of indoor recesses, and then I had to take Ed to the Airport. Luckily, I got some motivation, and did my planned run.
I feel much more mentally energized. It really was beautiful outside, with the Fremont hills shining in sunshine, a rare sight these last two weeks. I'm so glad I went :)
