  1. goodMt. Tam Dipsea Lollipop Loop 9 mi / 02:16 15:06 pace

Fabulous run, but painfully slow, with tons of stairs and incredibly technical downhills.

Beautiful day in on the mountain.

  2. goodOver the bridge, down white o... 3 mi / 00:33 11:00 pace

Wow... getting up at 5:20 to go running with Ed (or, rather, for Ed to go running with me) was great. It was so nice to get a run in before work :)

  3. goodTrack Workout 3 mi / 00:30 10:00 pace

Great workout! The track was crowded but pushed me to run faster than normal. I stopped once a mile to use the strength training equipment.

  4. goodLonger Lollipop 3.9 mi / 00:44 11:17 pace

Lots of fun running with Ed after work.

  5. good 10 mi / 02:15 13:30 pace

Whew...This was TOUGH run! It was 45 and foggy up in the mountains, with soggy singletrack most of the time. We saw deer and a coyote, which was very cool, but this run just really took it out of me. Shows me that I need to be eating better and runnin... read more

  6. goodLonger Lollipop 3.9 mi / 00:40 10:15 pace

A nice loop with Ed! It was fun running around the lakes together.

  7. great 9.2 mi / 01:37 10:29 pace

This was a great run! I was a bit rushed for time, and didn't get to go quite as far as I had planned, but it was still lovely. The weather was a bit windy and cold, as a storm has been passing through our area lately. I was actually getting progressiv... read more

  8. alrightLollipop Loop 3.37 mi

It was wet and cold out there, but Ed convinced me that we needed to still go for our run. My left hamstring was still tight, but it did okay, considering. Ed went a bit longer than me. I did enjoy the new "lollipop loop" that I added to my n... read more

  9. Short Run 2.65 mi

Good, short run with Ed. My left hamstring was super tight, so we decided to cut the 3 mile run short, which was fine. It's nice to just get a short, quick workout :).

  10. goodRancho San Antonio 7.7 mi / 01:30 11:41 pace

Wow...this was a tough run! Ed got me to run up a lot of the hills and really push going down the other side. I was wiped at the end!
