alright Slow First Run Back 5 mi
This stupid food problem is still coming back even after over a week off. BOOOOO.
-
RUN
good Mid-Morning Run to the Park a... 3 mi 00:22 07:15 pace
The first mile was 6:45..the rest seem to have been slower than expected. Ran less that I wanted to because I was feeling the beginning hint of some pain coming back in my achilles and toe.
-
RUN
good Easy group run in the heat 4.01 mi 00:32 08:04 pace
98 degree group run, my achilles/calf was acting up only .5 into it and hurt on and off throughout...hopefully will be alright tomorrow, no pain at all sitting here stretching it out, though.

RUN
good Lower Loop Plus A Bit 1.91 mi 00:11:30 06:01 pace
Much faster than I thought I was going. Thought I was taking it a little easy because it was 85 out, I've got a slightly messed up toe, and we're running after work tonight. It seems my internal sp... read more

RUN
good 7.9 mi 00:58 07:20 pace
No watch so just an estimate based on the clock and counting in my head, there was also a .5 mile walking cooldown on top of this.

RUN
great Group Run 4.8 mi 00:37 07:39 pace
Stayed with the group most of the time, last 1.5 or so I went off alone though, was a pretty nice mid-low 6 minute miles for that part
-
RUN
good Slow run plus some sprints 4.4 mi 00:34 07:39 pace
a few slow miles on either end of 4x844 sprints (3:00, 2:45, 3:06, 3:03)....thought the loop was actually 800 until i mapped it tonight...so better than i thought i did

RUN
good 4.75 mi 00:35 07:26 pace
Terrible outside. At least I got the 0 off of here.
-
RUN
good Highland Reservoir 5.85 mi 00:42 07:14 pace
Hooooot and humid, started way too late. Didn't bring enough water. Cut a bit short to spare blisters from early week barefooting.
-
RUN
great 5.6 mi 00:40 07:05 pace
It appears I need a water bottle. Central park just doesn't have enough working water fountains.

The dreaded 33. Today's prize looked so nice too =(

RUN
injured Lower Loop 1.74 mi
I thought I was doing pretty great...easy little barefoot run....no sore spots on my feet, felt like the form was coming along pretty well....but then at about 1.25 i felt bad form blisters coming ... read more

VELO
good Umm.....gym bike..is that REA... 4.5 mi 00:20 13.5mph pace
Got to the gym late, barely had time to fit even this short amount in. My thighs sure are weak at riding the bike though....
-
RUN
good Corporate Challenge 3.59 mi 00:24 06:48 pace
Beginning was horrible, first mile at least I was stuck in walker traffic. Probably mid 7 minute mile at least. Once out of there I went pretty fast and felt pretty great overall, though.

RUN
great Jackie Robinson and Back 2.75 mi 00:18 06:34 pace
Shooting for 6:30 pace, first mile was :30 fast....but then next mile was :30 slow, the 1/3 mile hill starting that second mile is killer....finished strong at least
-
RUN
good Treadmill and Central Park 3.5 mi
1.5 on the treadmill, moved outside for the rest because the treadmill bores me and it started POURING 1/4 mile in. Did not pay attention to time once again.
-
RUN
good Central Park Loop 6.27 mi
Didn't time this, went REAL slow with other people. Just making sure the achilles tendon was ok, acted up a tiny bit but nothing major.
