Felt like SHIT! Was going to try and make up some miles today and shins started hurting so I shut the run down after 3. I think I need too lose more weight My body is ready to go harder but with still being a little over weight I think thats whats causing me grief. Will be incorporating a lot more cross training think I will go hit the pool at the gym for a few hours.
