    Ran with my brother Tony for a hilly 10-miler by my parens house and loved every minute of it. Good company and conversation made the time go by fast.

    Sunny, warm and windy days are my favorite kind of summer day so today was perfect. Definitely worked up a good sweat but had some water along the way so it was good.
