      We all have days like that. As you said, no one nails every race - there are too many factors and variables. Your splits for the last 3 miles are pretty much identical to mine in the Chicago Half in September. You know - the race where you breezed by me with 2 miles to go. So it wasn't your day, but big picture stuff - you've had a hell of a year, including a 2:59. TWO FIFTY NINE!!!

      Splits here are pretty damn good Adam, I don't know about you, but I really don't like the half marathon. I'd rather run a 10 mile or a marathon. Anyway, good to take a break. Great race either way buddy!
