    Easy miles with Woody and Laura - great to have the company and the conversation. Legs started to feel a little toasty towards the end, still not fully back from the marathon.

    The soreness has gone down quite a bit but there is still some deep soreness in my calves. Took is easy but probably should have waited another day to run. Oh well.

      What a great write-up. I am pretty sure we were pretty close to each other, as I too went to the porta-potty about 10 minutes before the start of the fact, I was starting to stress a bit when the National Anthem was being sung and I was waiting to pee one last time! I also had to cram myself into the back of the very, very crowded Corral B, so I can feel exactly what you wrote about. Congrats again on a great race!

      Thanks for all of the encouragement everyone - I know the taper mind games are just that, games. It's an awesome feeling to know I have so many people rooting for me - I will definitely be using that to power me through on Sunday.
