    Ran after a long day of running around, legs didn't feel great. Perfect running weather though, cool, no wind, and dusk.

      The Willowcreek 5K, to benefit their food pantry I think. It's at Willowcreek Church in Barrington.

      Ahh... I just took a look at the course map hoping to give you some pointers, but the race is actually nowhere near the area of Barrington we trained.

    Went out on the great western trail which I haven't done in awhile. A lot of people out there again today enjoying the nice temperatures. Enjoyable run overall, nice and easy.
