      Nice going under those conditions. I was out pretty early this AM but ran the Knock Knolls and DuPage River Park paths. The shade helped. Nice splits.

      Thank you Adam - that's awesome. I'm going to have a week of paying it serious attention and see if I can improve things. It's worst during speedy stuff, but I can still get away with it during easy runs. Would love to fix it before it gets worse. Hope you have success too. :)
