      Great Run Adam! I'd be curious to see what you would do a 10mile run during mid week as your sole "workout run"? My goal was to do it at 8:00 pace...which is what my 1/2 M goal is. That would be an awesome tester to see for your marathon.

      I would love to do that - but time, unfortunately, is my enemy. I might try and squeeze it in one of these weeks. I can manage to run twice a day if I wake up early and run and then do another run at lunch, but getting the chunk of time needed to execute a 10-miler during the week is tough.
