      Awesome job Adam, you have had some great training runs, and sounds like you are one tuning your plan nicely for the big race! Great that you could get through the mental part of the it's few miles and get your mind distracted to finish the run!

      Its remarkable that your body can determine that an extra 1/8 of a sandwich is just too much :) Perhaps you'll think about bringing a ruler to the race! Huge miles, Adam---strong work!
