      I have been having runs like that lately, I think heat dehydration, etc. make these things happen, and also you are still recovering from last week. I had about two-three of these and the next week was way better. Hang in there.

      Good to be back. I hope I can continue to find the time to look in, post my training, and comment on everyone's awesome workouts. Summer life just got in the way of posting... everything was good, just hectic. I need the motivation here, though, so I'm going to try and hang around more!
