Ah, I can relate so much and work have gotten in the way of my marathon training too. It's a bit of a double edged sword, the essence of being a runner (and particularly as you get into the longer distance races) is pushing yourself, and sometimes that can backfire, I have had a few memorable instances of that myself. Still, sounds like a good overall run. Already did some foam rolling?

Thanks everyone. It was tough not being able to get out there and I tried to spend time looking at everyone's workouts but it was so painful to NOT be able to get out there myself that I just stayed away. But I'm back at it and hoping to stay healthy!!

I have been having runs like that lately, I think heat dehydration, etc. make these things happen, and also you are still recovering from last week. I had about two-three of these and the next week was way better. Hang in there.
